Shipping Policy
WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, or HAWAII.
All Shipments over $75 are free within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii). The cheapest ground option (USP, Fedex, USPS) will be used for Retail Customers. Expected arrival time is anywhere from 3-5 days depending on location within the US. Orders placed before 1600 eastern standard time (EST) will ship the same day. To have your product arrive faster please select Express Priority Mail, which is guaranteed within 2 days, or UPS Next Day Air, which is guaranteed in 1 business day. Be Advised Express Priority Mail and UPS Next Day Air are NOT free and cost extra. UPS Next Day Air orders placed before 1300 EST will ship the same day, but if they are placed after it may take another day for the package to arrive. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. All products that are shipped outside the United States do NOT qualify for free shipping. All international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and will arrive within 6-10 days, unless expedited shipping is selected. BACKORDER. In the event of a backorder, your shipment will be placed as soon as possible and may be shipped out in multiple separate packages, arriving at different times.
VENDOR SHIPPING: We do not offer free shipping for vendors. An invoice will be sent to the vendor with the calculated shipping price after an order has been placed. By checking out and selecting "Custom Quote with Invoice", you agree to pay the shipping invoice. We will not ship your product until the invoice is paid. We have a zero tolerance for unpaid invoices.
To Avoid placing a double order, do NOT “click” “place order” multiple times.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We accept claims on lost or stolen packages no earlier than 5 days and no later than 16 days from when it was marked “delivered”. Each claim will be handled on a case by case basis.
Orders over $1,000 USD will require a police report.
For packages lost in transit, the package must be verified by the carrier as being “lost in the mail” and must never have been delivered to the address for us to consider a refund for lost packages.
RESTOCKING FEES. Infectedair.com charges a 10% restocking fee for non-palletized orders and 15% for palletized orders that are not cancelled within 24 hours. If an order is cancelled outside the 24-hour window, Infectedair.com will refund your cancelled order minus the restocking fee. If an order is cancelled outside the 24-hour window Infectedair.com may prorate a shipping amount to be refunded to dealer.
