Return Policy

At Infected Air, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to initiate a return. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities. By placing an order with Infected Air you agree to the following:
10-Day No Questions Asked Warranty: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our products, and we offer this no-questions-asked policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
45-Day Defective Item Warranty: We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you receive a defective item, you can request a return within 45 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return under the 10-day or 45 day warranty:
  1. Contact Infected Air at fulfillment@infectedair.com
  2. If the product is damaged, please provide photos or videos.
  3. Infected Air will ship you packaging material and a label.
  4. Once it arrives, package the product with all original contents.
  5. After Infected Air receives the items, we will process your refund in a timely manner.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable!
Upon receiving the defective item, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing or material flaws, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charges. If the item is found to be damaged due to misuse or negligence, the warranty is void. We do not offer refunds for products that have internal or external modifications.

  • Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Returns that do not meet the specified conditions may be subject to restocking fees or rejection.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your returns to ensure safe and reliable transit.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
